Subnavigation

Typically site builders start with creating the main navigation of a site and then add subpages to the main menu items to create sections of content. There are a few ways to add subpages or "child pages" in Web Express.

1

Use Menu Settings to Create Subnavigation

  • Menu settings: In the Menu settings check the box next to Provide a menu link.
  • Parent item: Under Parent item use the drop-down to select the Parent item for the content.
  • Weight: If you have several child pages under a parent item, use Weight to order them. Menu links with smaller weights are displayed before links with larger weights.
