Removing Users

It's a good practice to periodically review the users on your site and remove access if necessary. There are two ways you can do this: remove user rolls or block user.


Remove User Roles

  1. Navigate to admin/people by clicking Express in the top toolbar and then Users in the second toolbar
  2. Click the checkboxes next to the users you want to edit
  3. Choose 'Modify User Roles' from the operations menu and click the execute button
  4. Select the roles you want to remove from the 'Remove Roles' select options and press next
  5. Press confirm to remove the roles

Block Users

  1. Navigate to admin/people by clicking Express in the top toolbar and then Users in the second toolbar
  2. Click the checkboxes next to the users you want to edit
  3. Choose 'Block Current User' from the operations menu and click the execute button
  4. Press confirm to remove the roles
