Class Notes Page

A Class Note List Page lists your class notes and is automatically created when the bundle is installed. The Class Note List Page has built in filters to allow visitors to filter by year or sort by class year or date posted. The Class Note List Page may be accessed by the following URL: www.colorado.edu/yoursite/classnotes. 

Note: Each class year you create will also automatically generate a class year list page.

Add Class Note List Page to Main Menu

To add the Class Note List Page to your site navigation:

  1. Go to the Shortcuts toolbar and select Main Menu.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page. In the New menu item field, enter the menu text to display for your navigation.
  3. In the Target drop-down next to the New menu item, select URL.
  4. Click Save configuration.

Enter Class Note List Page URL Path

  1. In the Path field, enter classnotes.
  2. Click Save.

Note: You can link to class notes filtered by year by using the path classnotes/year/YYYY (replace YYYY with the 4 digit year), or the most recent class notes by using the path classnotes/recent
