Campaign Funnel Page
A funnel page is a marketing tool used for lead generating campaigns. The funnel page is a standalone web page that is designed to get visitors to take a desired action. The action can range from requesting general information to class enrollment. Funnel pages have very limited use case because they have no search, breadcrumbs, or main, secondary, or footer menus. Visitors will have a difficult time navigating away from the funnel pages to other parts of your site unless they take the actions on the page.
Note: you must enable the Digital Campaign bundle to use this feature.
Tip: Typical content types used for funnel pages are basic pages and webforms but any content type can be made into a funnel page.
Best practices when creating a funnel page:
- Keep the content short, concise, and focused on the paid advertising campaign you are promoting.
- Use buttons or other links to tie back to the main site if possible as to not completely isolate the user.
