Box examples

Boxes add emphasis to text by surrounding it with a filled box. The colors match the Be Boulder style guidelines: black, dark gray, light gray and white.

Tip: You will find a list of shortcodes by clicking "More information about text formats" at the bottom right under the WYSIWYG editor.

Insert Box Shortcode

  1. Place your cursor in the Body content area where you want the box to appear.
  2. Click the Box Shortcode Generator (Box icon) in the WYSIWYG editor.

  3. Add a Title and Box Text.
  4. Select the Box Color, Box Style and Float.

  5. Click OK.

Note: You'll notice that only plain text can be placed in the pop-up dialog box during the creation phase - no paragraphs, no bolding, no links. However, after the box code has been inserted into the body of the page, you are free to add additional formatting. Simply select the content within the box shortcode and edit as usual.
